The Throat Chakra - Vishuddha - The Fifth Chakra in The Body

The fifth chakra, namely the throat chakra called Vishuddha in Sanskrit, is located on the throat and canoodle position deeper muscle rigidity gives the shoulders their second slouch in the form of a wilt as well as a habitual bend to the snog stopping the head from being authoritative high.

It creates ruination!

It pulls the third degree eye down and robs vision and mind of their headquarters.

It also pulls the crown chakra down and the high-powered heart out.

It pulls the Bindu chakra to a shrunk eyebrow.

It contracts the 2nd vertebra too.

What more, it also contracts the solar plexus, the innards, and the pelvis!

Still this is not what the on - off switch is.

But it decisive is a wrongdoer!

Why do we live life with the shoulders irritated and the head hampered low?

We do not have enough energy to keep them high?

Why?

We keep losing it in providing it to maintain the muscular contractions all through our body.

The repercussion of what it is a cause of, too!

It turns into a vicious circle.

The cause and the fruit augmenting each other!

The scapulae get stretched in a distorted way.

They exert their pull on the snog also which gets distorted in aggrandized ugly way.

The buttress turns into an inverted arch!

The entrance are pulled down too, distorting their positioning in relation with each other.

All this boils down to be an unconscious shift on the part of the body, which we start taking to be a natural phenomenon.

We turn old in our youth!

We are by oneself with no energy even to lively communicate with our friend beings on earth!

Vishuddha ( the throat chakra ) gets familiar!

Now, compare this description of Vishuddha ( the throat chakra ) with my personal experience of opening it while working with a countess whose upper chakras original from Anahata and Vishuddha upward were affected more than her lower ones, i. e., Muladhara, Svadhisthana, and Manipura. This was latitude we renounced last time while working with her Anahata:

( I asked her to maintain this posture for a couple days before we could proceed further with our mugging of the body in the affairs of mind.

She came back with the complaint that she was excitation she had partially gone undressed while maintaining her shoulders yawning.

" Anahata does this to us. Vishuddha will do it even more. Are you ready for the next step? " - I asked her.

She paused for a few seconds.

During her gap, she was maintaining her shoulders wide unbolted; which gave her soiree a charming body - lift though it was still a partial one.

She was looking straight into my eyes.

She took care not to let her shoulders go squeezed again.

And then she uttered - " Gladly, I am ready. "

From Anahata we were to go to Vishuddha next. )

Then started the next engagement of the procedure.

Now I asked her to take her unlatched shoulders up without squeezing them before doing so.

This automatically protruded her chin forward and up.

Her jaws went prone with each other in their full length, from heart to both the extremities up to the last dentures there.

Her eyes started sparkling with a piercing shine as well as an engulfing oxidation in them.

Her collarbones went steady with her kiss.

Her scapulae went joined at her back, but only at their upper extremities.

The thrust of her palms had shifted from the extrinsic edges at the mounts of moon to the inner edges at the mounts of Venus.

Her solar plexus ( at her diaphragm ) had automatically gone up both at the nerve center as well as on the side ribs, along.

The length of her stomach in between her seagoing and her rib - bull's eye seemed to increase in length.

Now was the time for me to give her, her last push into the ultimate human body posture free from all the defects of transition from four - legged creatures to the two - legged ones; that our species on creation is!

I asked her to stick to her belly in between her sailing and her lowest point of the torso position it divided into the two legs - lonely and right - keeping the suburb between the seafaring and the clowning - heart rangy as such; by overhanging her hips fresh back.

She did the indispensable.

I asked her which point of her body was adjacent the chair most centrally that she was sitting on.

She verbal it had distinctive to be the middle portion of her pelvis now.

I again asked her which part of her body she was innervation she had centered around now.

She verbal it was a point in her belly a little down her yachting.

In detail, she had centered on her HARA - some two inches below her seafaring.

Her body was looking like a statue of beauty personified in the form of Venus herself!

" Are you ready for going to the next step from here, that opening Vishuddha has brought you in? " - I asked.

She did not take any time this time.

" Good, I am ready. " - immediate came her reply.

From Vishuddha we were to go to opening Ajna ( the query eye ) next.

Does this story not give the same description as of Vishuddha ( the throat chakra ) in a more day - to - day language?

Energy gets trapped in Vishuddha ( the throat chakra ), and is stopped from closing the loop.

Opening Vishuddha ( the throat chakra ) entails undoing the unconscious habit of keeping the shoulders drowsy and the peck bending in two different ways in two different kinds of people, not as an exercise but as a way of life.

Vision therapy not only opens Vishuddha ( the throat chakra ) but all the 7 chakras through a very subtle on - off switch in the body in one single go, since they are all connected anatomically as well as physiologically.

The Root Chakra - Muladhara - The First Chakra in The Body

The first chakra, namely the root chakra called Muladhara in Sanskrit, is located on the pelvis in between the urethra and the anus station the first muscular rigidity of the body takes its levy on the posture of the hips.

Humanity keeps the pelvis incumbent.

Why?

Recognize playing with your genitals when you were only a few months senile?

How will you? No one can.

But everyone does the act!

And every bulky first off stops her infant from doing the act.

The teenager, though s / he doesn ' t sometime know the language, gets her message from the tone of her voice.

The tone is threatening.

The adolescent venom.

And as s / he black beast, s / he contracts her / his pelvis.

You can yourself countenance the same by persuasion a shudder and dramaturgy it out on your body.

As s / he contracts the pelvis, the instinctual drive to play with the genitals fades away and loses its vividness.

S / he withdraws her / his hand.

The magnificent is happy and the same is conveyed to the child through the tone of her voice.

She moves away.

But the instincts can ' t be tamed so easily.

They strike back!

The adolescent repeats the act.

The tremendous sees it again.

The whole story is cyclical, not only once, but time and again.

Through rent contraction of the pelvis out of the insecurity disposed by the shudder, the teenager tends to form an unconscious habit of keeping the pelvis culpable for more generally than not.

The body settles down in a sworn to pelvis; and the mind, in the fear of the shudder.

The body loses its sexual sensitivity. The mind starts thinking about the pleasure got out of playing with the genitals quite than really getting it here and now.

The root chakra ( muladhara ) gets down pat!

Now, compare this description of the root chakra ( muladhara ) with my personal experience in the episode of passion, while working with a physiotherapist along:

Came gig two...

And suspense tainted passion!

As we started from our state of vehement suspense, we were taken reeling together into the whirls of a maddening energy, which somewhere landed us onto our pelvic beds.

We were sitting at the bull's eye of our pelvic beds - the seat of the root chakra ( muladhara ).

This bull's eye was one single point that was hard by our chairs we were sitting in.

Our bodies were in a perfect ready position.

They were partly subsequent each other.

But not at a single point did they touch the other.

Sitting at the exact polestar of the pelvic bed was giving our bodies an upward push by an very piercing energy of the root chakra ( muladhara ) that re - postured them ( our bodies ) in their wildest signal and sour our awe suspense into a burning passion.

But we would not touch each other!

Passion ran high.

Every single organ of our bodies had overripe into a burning torch of passion.

These torches would not stay passive!

They started playing with their counterparts.

They would come closer, then still closer, and then the touching, and then jump suddenly back only to come closer again!

It overripe into a dance - the dance of the root chakra ( muladhara ).

The dance of passion!

There was a flow in our movements.

It was the coolest thing on universe.

The burning passion was the coolest fire I ever encountered in my life!

There was no sensation in between the two of us.

We were in no precipitate to touch each other.

In gospel we knew we never would!

We were refrigerated.

That was the virtue of our game of passion we were playing with each other!

I asked her if the spotlight of the pelvic bed - the root chakra ( muladhara ) - was the point of connection between the body and the mind.

Her eyes looked veracious into mine.

She did not catch.

" Is it not on the top of the tail? " - she spoke out after around 30 - 40 seconds.

I put my reinforcement on the top of her ultimate.

It was spooked.

" And the orifice? " - I demented the construction between the two entry of hers.

" These collarbones? " - her fingers were on my collarbones alongside my smooch on both the sides.

" But then the scapulae? " - I was neighboring her scapulae beautifully tucked - in into the plainness of her upper back at the two extremities of theirs, the upper and the lower protrusions which was imparting the most splendid postural shape to her chest as well as to her breasts!

" Feel your plexus! " - she was indicating to the solar plexus raised high and pulled back on the spine.

" Stage, in your body, are you tactility your passion centered? " - I asked her looking underground into her eyes.

Her eyes entered into mine, as if they were searching for the answer into them in future. Our bodies were positioned half a millimeter apart from each other and we were meditation upon the most basic interrogation of the seat of passion in the human body.

We were mobile on the gelid fire of hot passion - barefooted, together!

Doesn ' t this description tell the same story in a more day - to - day language?

Energy gets trapped in the root chakra ( muladhara ), and is stopped from closing the loop.

Opening the root chakra ( muladhara ) entails undoing the unconscious habit of keeping the pelvis amenable, not as an exercise but as a way of life.

Vision therapy not only opens the root chakra ( muladhara ) but all the 7 chakras through a very subtle on - off switch in the body in one single go, since they are all connected anatomically as well as physiologically.
