3 Steps to Becoming a Clear Channel

Previously, I wrote about developing your natural psychic abilities. I firmly hold that our intuition is our sixth sense and should be our first! However, due to social conditioning, we’ ve mainly forgotten about our sixth sense and have high the subject into something obscure, false and even inscrutable. Well, I’ m here to put all of that back into perspective and carry forward to help you develop your psychic abilities in a bland and practical way.

One of the first things I appetition people to do as they establish turning their attention toward their inner voice or intuition is to make out-and-out they are able to hear the messages. How do you do this? By becoming a clear channel.

Glom, we are all made up of energy. We are constantly omitting and recipient varying frequencies or vibrations. Intuitive messages or “ hits” exist at a very high frequency. So high, in truth, that many people cannot “ hear” them. This can be compared to a dog whistle. The sound vibrates so rapidly, that the human ear cannot hear what a dog decidedly can. Just whereas we can’ t hear it, doesn’ t parsimonious it doesn’ t exist!

Human beings were created to hear, feel or pick up intuitive messages. We were great at it as babies and children! Now after years of social conditioning, we’ ve rancid to foreign data to answer our questions. We can turn this around with a little training.

First, we must get clear. I tight-fisted this on a physical sense. Our bodies are our conduits for obtaining messages. If our bodies are disordered up with wanton weight and toxins it cannot be a clear channel for us to seize intuitive messages.

In harmony to hear, we must be clear.

Our bodies are energy and are constantly working. If we tariff our bodies with excessive work just to maintain daily functions for survival, it is not unbolted to win. To be psychically in - modern, you must have a clear body.

Here are three of my favorite things to do to have a clear body:

1. Eat well. Avoid over refined, fatty foods. Eat clean, more foods, fruits and vegetables. Be mindful about what you put in your body. Before you eat or drink point, place your assistance over your heart and ask yourself out raucous, “ Does this food store to my wellness? ” You’ ll know. Conformation back on caffeine and alcohol and eliminate sugary drinks entirely.

2. Movement your body daily. Bland stretching and yoga are too much ways to really nurture your body. Take a leisurely morning stroll in the mornings to get your blood flowing. Many people are taking up dance lessons these days. What a fun and sensational way to get your exercise!

3. Nurture yourself. Put this at the top of your priority brochure. Most women are busy nurturing everyone augmented, they pass over themselves. A depleted woman isn’ t good for anybody. Take chronology baths. Indulge yourself with a manicure and pedicure. Get massages usually.

All of this is so necessary for not only sharpening your psychic abilities, but for your overall health and good. As you clear your body, your mind will follow. Next time, I’ ll talk about the art of meditation. With a clear body and a clear mind, you are a clear channel for acceptance.
