Having implicit nature ' s ways, we can plan our living in unanimity with it.

The Indian ' rishis ' ( seers ), who went through this process of observing nature and co related it to our lifestyle, found it simple and effective path, for any seeker of peace, health and happiness, to follow.

The prominent features, which can be absorbed in one ' s daily life, are mentioned hereby:

The features described below are all directed towards getting the most of the positive energy from within and appearance. Their reasoning is liable along.

A ) Waking up before sunrise

Rise that much before dawn that one can soak in the most rested part of nature for half an hour at virgin. Doing exercises in the unbarred air, moving, or plainly keeping still in contemplation would do.

An animation in which the whole family can be involved would be ideal. A simple thing like lighting a small oil headlight could be very good way to get started.

Why - In the night the atmosphere as instrument enhanced in nature gets rested. The amount of nitrogen and oxygen available is maximum at pre dawn time. Soaking in the nature is in consequence very rejuvenating and keeps one supplementary the whole day. Also medical inspect has found that while anti oxidants build up during night in our body, free radicals ( those causing harm to our immune system ) start building from sunrise to mid day. The research just done by famous Prof. Frenz Halberg of U. S. A, ( famous for his study on body clock system - chronomics ) proves that growth of free radical can be easily neutralized by being up and active a couple of hours before sunrise.

Depending on seasons one can fix a time to get up at a certain time before sunrise. To easily wake up early, we need to yield and so the previous night.
