Other qi gong movements, such as the Taoist Five Kidney movement, polestar the reproductive organs to improve fertility, secure against reproductive pathologies, such as prolonged prostate, prostate cancers, ovarian cysts and fibroids and cervical / ovarian cancers.

There are other qi gong movements that heart the spleen and stomach and can be combined with qi gong self massage to reduce nausea ( repeatedly versed by people who are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation ).

When searching for a qi gong tutor to superscription prostate cancer or other reproductive organ pathologies, ask if the person has a maturity with clinical applications of qi gong. Such teachers are educated to customize movements to specifically directions different types of cancer.

Thirty minutes a day is optimal to gain health benefits, but even shorter periods of exercise will enhance health.
