Forced Reps: Detrimental to Natural Bodybuilding




Nobody can rightfully sermon me about training intensity. In the mid - 1980s, I endured over thirty weeks of Shoot / S Training; the basic regimen one goes through to enter the Navy Effectuate Teams.
